Order Cancellation

It is accepted either by sending an e-mail or by telephone and only as long as it has not yet been executed (i.e. no delivery note has been issued).

2. Pack the products

Pack the products in the packaging they were sent to you, to avoid damage during transport. The products must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered to you and you must ensure that they have not been tampered with, altered or used. Products that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. We expressly state that returns of the following products are not accepted:

• Customized products (Weapons, clothing, shoes, etc.).

• Products whose original packaging has been removed, damaged or destroyed.

• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health reasons, and which were opened after delivery such as underwear, socks, etc.



3. Return them

If the return is due to the fault of the company such as defects in the products, shortcomings in the receipt or wrong product, we will bear the shipping costs of the return of the products and the entire process of picking them up from your place. Otherwise, the return costs are the responsibility of the sender who returns the products with any carrier he wishes.

We do not take responsibility for returned parcels lost in transit, please keep the receipt with the shipping number in order to secure the shipment in the unfortunate event that we do not receive the returned parcel.



How long would it take for me to obtain a reimbursement for the things I returned?

A refund will be made within 30 days of receiving notification of your intention to return the items, provided they are returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. The original delivery expenses, if any, will be subtracted from the refund total. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used to make the transaction. You are solely liable for the expense of return shipping as well as the risk of returning the items to our headquarters as indicated above.


Can I return a product purchased in an affiliate store or a corner department store?

We can accept returns for products purchased exclusively through our website. Products purchased from an affiliate store or department store corner must be returned to where they were purchased. Products purchased in-store are subject to each store's return policy.



*For foreign countries, shipping and reshipment costs, as well as taxes and duties, are borne entirely by the customer.
